Some exercises require dumbbells. If you don’t have them, replace them with sandbags or water bottles.

1. Knee Push Ups

Push ups on the knees

This exercise is similar to regular push-ups. But in this case, we’re leaning on our knees. We use our own weight to bend the arms and then push ourselves up again.

But in these pushups, we’ll add some elements to make it a little heavier.

  • After ten or twelve knee push-ups, as described above, extend one leg.
  • Then do push-ups again. Then you use one leg to support you. Extend the other leg.
  • We now propose a variant that is not suitable for beginners. Extend both legs and do regular pushups. The lower you can go, the better.
  • Whether you’re doing the knee push-ups or the regular push-ups, try to touch the floor with your chest.

2. Side Fly

Reduce fat under the armpits

This is the second exercise on our list of exercises to burn the fat under the armpits. Ideally, it’s helpful if you have an inclined bench. You will also need some dumbbells.

If you don’t have an incline bench, you can do the exercise on an exercise ball.

  • Lie down on the inclined bench. Bring the arms by your sides and hold the dumbbells.
  • You should not extend the arms fully, but rather keep them slightly bent.
  • Then go back to the starting position. Do three sets of 12 reps.

3. Bend Over Side Lift

You should also use dumbbells for this exercise.

  • To start, stand up straight with your legs slightly apart. Then bend over slightly.
  • With arms half bent, lift the dumbbells on either side as if you were trying to fly. You should feel this in your arms. But you should not experience any tension in the neck.
  • You can also perform this exercise sitting on a bench. Then lean forward slightly. But the move is much more effective when you do it standing up.
  • Try doing three sets of ten to 12 reps.

4. Side Lifting with Dumbbells

Reduce fat under the armpits with exercises

For our fourth exercise to destroy fat under the armpits, you also need dumbbells. You can do this exercise standing or sitting. But you will need space on both sides to lift the arms.

With a dumbbell in each hand, raise your arms to shoulder height. Make sure you only move the arms. Your shoulders should not move. You should also not feel any tension in the neck.

This is a difficult exercise. So it’s best to start with seven to ten repetitions in three series. Over time, it can try increasing to twelve reps.

5. Side Plank

Side Plank

The last exercise on our list is not just any plank but a side plank.

  • To do a side plank, you must lie on your side. Support on your forearm and lift the waist.
  • Try to keep your body in a straight line. At the same time, you prevent your waist from dropping. Place your other hand on your hip.
  • Now try to stay in this position for as long as possible. Repeat the movement three times, then switch sides.
