  • 1 kilo large potatoes 
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder (15 g)
  • 2 teaspoon salt (10 g)
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (200 g)
  • 1 cup unbeaten whipping cream (240 ml)
  • 15 grams ground black pepper
